From the start your enquiry will be dealt with by leading entertainment agency Tailored Entertainment. Tailored Entertainment specialise in exclusive representation of the best professional function acts in the UK and have a very select roster of top acts. You can be reassured from the start that Rob has met the high standards Tailored Entertainment demands of its acts. You will also have a dedicated booking manager on hand to help throughout all of the planning stages of your wedding. BOOKING ROB

Once you have decided that Rob is the act for you, your booking manager will send a booking contract to you to confirm the booking. The contract features all the important details for the day and once you have signed, Rob will sign a copy and confirm the booking in his diary. We ask for a deposit to secure the booking, with the balance payable by bank transfer seven days ahead of the day.

PLANNING

In the lead up to the wedding you are very welcome to contact us any time to discuss the plan for the day. Around four weeks before the day the experienced events team at Tailored Entertainment will contact you to go over the final details - timings, final payment details etc. All of the details will be recorded and sent to Rob in one simple final confirmation email, so you can be sure nothing will get missed and everything discussed will happen as planned on the night.

ON THE DAY

Rob will arrive fully self-contained with PA and amplification and will perform 2 hours of live music (split into sets as required). It takes a minimum of 60 minutes for Rob to get fully set up and sound checked.

A guide to a standard wedding reception would be:

  • 12:15 - Act arrives
  • 12:45 -13:00 - Act performs for guests arrival (15 mins)
  • 13:15 - Act performs for signing of the register (2-3 songs)
  • 14:00 - Act performs for the exit song
  • Act breaks/moves location
  • 14:30 - Act performs for the drinks reception (with a short break)
  • 16:00 - Act packs down

For additional hours past 4 hours on site, there is an additional charge.
