The song he learnt for us was a really special part of our day and after he arranged for the videographer to film him playing the song it ensures we will never be able to forget it. Rob was a delight to deal with and after I accidentally gave him too much money he came round specially and waited for our receiving line to finish before pulling me aside to hand it back.
